I understand that NorCalChristianEvents.com reserves the right to allocate (at their own discretion) all or any portion of the monies from this contract to the propagation of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and the distribution of Bibles to promote Christian Values, Beliefs, and a Christian Worldview. I will not hold NorCalChristianEvents.com liable for anything relating to this contract and the customers that come from this advertising. I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless NorCalChristianEvents.com from and against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses resulting from: 1) the advertisement content 2) violation of privacy rights or infringement of copyrights 3) any federal, state or local law relating to the client materials 4) any breach by client with the terms of this agreement. This agreement may be cancelled by NorCalChristianEvents.com or client with a 30 day written notice. And the contract may be cancelled immediately by NorCalChristianEvents.com if the client defaults from any of the terms herein. All payments are due in advance.
